We have our very own In-Body Scanner to monitor and track your progress, we will design your training programs custom to you and your health and fitness goal.

  • Customised training programs designed specifically for you, that are updated every 4 weeks, to make sure you are progressing towards your goal.

  • Blood chemistry analysis and hormonal profile guided by your GP is highly recommended for optimal body composition
