For the members who love to work in a team environment and thrive off the energy buzzing around them. Our programs have been crafted to meet the needs of those who want to increase lean muscle tissue, cardiovascular fitness and get rid of unwanted fat. We have nine (9) different group workouts that will progress you through the week. Each training phase of our programs run for 3 weeks; we do this so that you can progress and track your training loads and not have to learn a new skill every time you do a session, your body needs time to learn, grow and adapt to a program, so over the many years of coaching and transforming physiques, we have found 3 weeks to be the sweet spot.

T40 WORKOUTS

The T40 WORKOUT is all about resistance training and building the ultimate toned looking physique.

These workouts are totally different to your standard group training workouts, and is why DAY_56_ is so unique and innovative.

The workouts are attention to detail with a selection of 8-10 exercises, 3-4 sets per exercise equalling a grand total of 30-32 sets per workout, completed in 40 mins.

At DAY56 We guarantee the results you've been looking for.

TEAHUPOO

A surreal wave, almost cartoonish born off the coast of Tahiti, will leave you feeling absolutely pumped from working every single muscle in your lower body.

This workout is focused on lower body resistance Booty and Abs (3 blocks of 12 minutes) and will have those legs glowing in a Bikini or Board-shorts 

There will always be some KOOL beats to pick you up and get you through this one…

MAVERICKS

Maverick's is a wave born off the California Coastline.
 
This workout is focused on Upper Body Resistance and Abs (3 blocks of 12 minutes) Chest, Back, Shoulders, Arms with a touch of core to bring out those abs.
 

It is time to everything on the line and give it your absolute best, we will get behind you to bring out the absolute best in you.

Cloud-Break is a gnarly wave born off the coast of Fiji which will leave you feeling exhilarated for the whole day when completed.
 
So Let's improve your cardiovascular system and bring out the echo bikes, rowers, ski-ergs, battle ropes, sleds, dead-balls, plyometric boxes. We cover all basis, because if you wipe out, we wanna make sure you're fit!!

IMPOSSIBLES is a wave born off the coast of Uluwatu in Bali , where this wave is fast and the tube rides are out of this world. 
 
So to surf this one you will need to improve your cardiovascular system and bring out the echo bikes, rowers, ski-ergs, battle ropes, sleds, dead-balls, plyo boxes and the rest. 
 
The impossibles is very much possible and a whole lot of fun

NAZARE

A wave only to be respected, born off the coast of Portugal, and can reach 100 feet in height when it's on...

Much like the power and energy of this wave, our Nazare workouts are those end of week Saturday workouts where all hell breaks loose..

Focused on full body resistance 4x blocks of 10 minutes with a tonne of volume to bring the best out of your muscles to develop a nice looking physique.

There are team challenges to bring out the competitive streak and also prizes for the hardest worker in the room. We love our fam at DAY_56_ so we do our best to keep our fam happy and healthy.
