Our programs have been crafted to meet the needs of those who want to increase lean muscle tissue, cardiovascular fitness and get rid of unwanted fat. We have nine (9) different group workouts that will progress you through the week. Each training phase of our programs run for 3 weeks; we do this so that you can progress and track your training loads and not have to learn a new skill every time you do a session, your body needs time to learn, grow and adapt to a program, so over the many years of coaching and transforming physiques, we have found 3 weeks to be the sweet spot.

Our Group Classes

T40 WORKOUTS

Machine based weight training with maximal time under tension (TUT) of 40 seconds with a 30 second recovery 

A selection of 10 exercises to complete, 3 sets per exercise with a grand total of 30 sets per workout, you are literally done and walking out the door in 40 minutes. 

Oh yeah, we guarantee you the results you are looking for. 

All you have to gain from this workout are the results you haven't got!

TEAHUPOO

A surreal wave, almost cartoonish born off the coast of Tahiti, will leave you feeling absolutely pumped from working every single muscle in your lower body.

This workout is timed in 3x 12 min blocks, so if you don’t get everything done in all of the 3 blocks, you simply, wipe out!!!

But don't stress, there will be some KOOL beats to pick you up and get you through…

Cloud-Break is a gnarly wave born off the coast of Fiji which will leave you feeling exhilarated for the whole day when completed.
 
So Let's improve your cardiovascular system and bring out the echo bikes, rowers, ski-ergs, battle ropes, sleds, dead-balls, plyometric boxes. We cover all basis, because if you wipe out, we wanna make sure you're fit!!

CAPE FEAR

For you dare devils who are willing to work around obstacle after obstacle after obstacle!!

Cape Fear, a WAVE born off of Sydney's Coastline, is about as CRAZY as your Nanna walking on a tight rope...

This workout is focused on upper body and core resistance and has 3 blocks to be completed (12 min in each block).

So it’s time to put everything on the line and give it your absolute best...

NAZARE

A wave only to be respected, born off the coast of Portugal, and can reach 100 feet in height when it's on...

Much like the power and energy of this wave, our Nazare workouts are those end of week Saturday workouts where all hell breaks loose..

Focused on full body resistance 4x blocks of 10 minutes with a tonne of volume to bring the best out of your muscles to develop a nice looking physique.

There are team challenges to bring out the competitive streak and also prizes for the hardest worker in the room. We love our fam at DAY_56_ so we do our best to keep our fam happy and healthy.
